The service may include manual trade entry, broker or CSV import tools, dashboards, charts, calendar views, funding account tools, and AI-assisted insights.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You retain ownership of trade records, notes, screenshots, imports, and other content you add to Tradiary.

You grant Tradiary the limited rights needed to host, process, display, back up, and operate that content as part of the service.

You may not misuse the service, attempt to bypass security controls, interfere with service availability, reverse engineer protected systems, or upload unlawful or harmful content.

We may suspend or restrict access if we believe an account is being used in a way that harms the service, other users, or our infrastructure.

Tradiary may integrate with third-party services such as authentication providers, broker APIs, data vendors, payment processors, hosting providers, or analytics tools.

Use of third-party services may be subject to their own terms and policies. Tradiary is not responsible for third-party service availability or content.

We aim to keep Tradiary reliable, but the service may be unavailable during maintenance, updates, outages, or events outside our control.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tradiary is provided as is and without warranties of any kind.
